Passionfruit Martini

The Passionfruit MartiniAlways hip and happening, London is an ever-trendy destination for all the latest in fashion, music and gastronomy. This special libation is from the Light Bar in the sleek and stylish St. Martin's Lane Hotel, a boutique hotel designed by Philippe Starck and located in the hub of the West End. This version is slightly lighter on the fruit and heavier on the passion.

Serves 4

  • 8 oz. Absolut Mandarin vodka
  • 8 oz. passionfruit nectar
  • 8 oz. pineapple juice
  • pineapple chunks for garnish

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Mix well until well-chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish each with a pineapple chunk or two serve.

Snackage: Huntsman cheese and water crackers
