3 Piece, I actually took the picture myself.  There's a whole series that are going up on the website.  I have a digital camera with a timer.  So I just set it up in a room in my house, took some shots and then made some adjustments in Photoshop.  The spotlight, lens flare and film grain were all added afterwards along with some color tweaks.  The process is a bit tedious, but the results seemed to be pretty good.

It's nice to add faces to the names on this site.  Especially when y'all are so stylish.

Maybe I am typing in wrong, but the photo being a jpeg seems to be the problem. I can email people photos, but this is beyond my technical expertise.

The trick is that your pic has to be hosted on a web site.  Can't just type in the file name like you do when you send pics as an email attachment.

Once you get the pic on a web page, right click on the photo and choose 'properties'.  Cut and paste the URL you see there... and that should do it!  At least that's what I do... :-)
