Indy Lindy on local PBS On the local PBS station, WFYI, they have a show called Across Indiana, that hightlights things both unique to the Hoosier state, as well as how us Hoosiers have adopted the various trends that come into our state. Tonight, they had a segment about swing dancing. Rather than try to describe more than I can remember, about the segment, I leave y'all a link to the segment, itself (at least thouse of y'all with Windows Media Player, and preferably a broadband connection.

Re: Indy Lindy on local PBS Darn it! I missed it! Being new to the whole Indiana thing, the only swing dancing I've heard about around here is Fountain Square in Indy. Alas, I haven't been able to get over there yet, since I'm crazy busy. |

Re: Indy Lindy on local PBS Fountain Square figured prominately in the story, although the name of the old theater escapes me, still. I keep wanting to think it's The Irving, but that's in Irvington.
