msbettyfinn Posts: 0	86'd Last week I changed the email address listed in my profile. Since then, I get kicked off my log in whenever I click to view either a post or a pm...I end up logging in a million times each visit....help!!

Guest Guest Posts:	Re: 86'd It could be a cookie problem. One way to fix that is to go to your "tools" option at the top of your browser (Internet Explorer). Choose internet options. In the middle is the "temporary internet files" box. Click on "Delete Cookies". This will delete all of the cookies on your PC. Then return to the Cafe and log in. That should alleviate the problem.

retroruby66 Posts: 0	Re: 86'd sweets if you get to see this, then you may also need to "clean" up your Moms puter if you are still using hers, do a scan disk and defragment and ...oh besides cookies, all temporary files as well....I do not know much about puters, so if you do not know how to do these then, IM me I will turn on AIM and then I will have daughter walk you throug it LOL...I need ya you are my diet buddy!

Lost Soul Red Under the Bed Posts: 34	Re: 86'd Hmm, I dunno about PCs but last time it happened to me I realised that it was because I had another window open. I've no idea why but it only lets me log in if I go to PH first without having any separate internet stuff going on.

Clearing out your cookies is a good idea; you might also have success if you change your profile such that it does not automatically log you in as soon as you get to the Cafe. The software we use for the cafe is buggy, but we're in the middle of launching an upgrade so all these problems should disappear this weekend. I make no guarantees about the appearance of new problems. TMBC
