Jennwaslikeum Posts: 0	Cameras and Glass! Today I went to Savers, it's kind of like a Salvation Army only cheaper. When I walked in I spotted this vase and had to own it. It cost me 99 cents! When I came home and did some research, it is from the 50's! I'm very excited about this... here is a picture <div class='bbimg'></div> Also I would like to share my cameras I also purchased at Savers about a year and a half ago. I bought each for 87 cents. I just wish I new how to fix them or work them... The first is a Polaroid Super Shooter Plus <div class='bbimg'></div> Finally, this little camera is a Kodak Instamatic 104 <div class='bbimg'></div>

You're fortunate, our secondhand stores here have stopped stocking most neat objects - I have to believe it's because there are far too many antique malls for the tourists, so those objects get bought up and priced up almost instantly. I suppose if I constantly haunted Goodwill and the like, I could occasionally luck out, but mostly I'm disappointed. I confine my browsing to eBay these days, but I'm trying not to spend money on "more useless junk that we have no place to store" as my wife put it recently. She has a point, I suppose. I may have to hold off on purchasing my tractor grille, then. My recent good deals are a rotary dial phone and a set of '58 Edsel valvecovers! <div class='bbimg'></div> <div class='bbimg'></div>
