Hush-Hush Magazine Some great pics of the covers. "Hush-Hush" is the rag that is featured in the movie L.A. Confidential, though the movie ostensibly takes place around 1952-53, the mag itself didn't start until 1955, at least according to this site. I have a few of the magazines, along with Confidential, the most notorious of these publications.

Re: Hush-Hush Magazine That's a great site!!!!!! Wow! It's funny, have you ever read any of Max Collins Nate Heller series? His fictional detective has a run-in with some of these "magazines" in some of the stories.
